A short checklist for runs that fail or read fewer devices than expected.

Did you select the actual vendor platform rather than a different manager or gateway?
Network
Can this workstation reach the required management port and ConfigProof?
Credentials
Can the dedicated credential authenticate and perform the exact required reads?
Workspace token
Is it for the intended workspace, active and not spent?
Result
Did the read fail, or did a completed read fail to deliver?
Version
Does the downloaded collector include the source and fix described in the guide?
Analysis
Is analysis running, or does the result request a destination or context?
Avoid duplicate work
Use Send again for saved undelivered data. For delivered data, open the result and check progress or required selections. Recollect only after a failed read, invalid saved file or when you need a new snapshot.
