Prepare the tenant API token

Prepare the tenant region and an API-only user token. This vendor token is separate from the workspace collector token.

1. 01

   Open API user management

   Open Administration > API User Management; older layouts use Settings > User Management.

2. 02

   Choose a dedicated API-only user

   Assign the approved Read-Only role and verify access to the intended managed sources.

3. 03

   Generate and save the token

   Select Generate API Token, save it securely and enter it locally.

Collect

Choose Security Cloud Control, enter the API token and region, then add the workspace token.

Review delivery

Verify tenant and managed-device identities. Supply separate device credentials only if a direct read requests them.
